Landscaping

The sideyard used to be a nice little garden.
However, it had not been maintained for years and was an overgrown hedge of beat up plants.
So we fixed it.
We removed most of the plants and added grass and an irrigation system, and now the kids have a terrific little play area!
We needed to run a conduit for power to the pool, so we ran an irrigation line while we were at it (note the new green irrigation box!)

Next we needed to fix the fence. This required demo'ing more concrete, so George rented the Big Bosch demo hammer and broke up what he could.
The circular planter was tough- 12" thick and 18" high and the demo hammer wasn't getting it done.
So George hired these guys doing a job down the street and they fixed the bug in 1/2 hour.
Current state of rock box; our second one- they hold 8 yards or about 8 tons of material. This was empty yesterday morning- George has been busy.
