What we started with- ratty carpet, leaking roof, floor to ceiling water stains...
Here's what the bathroom floor looked like after the tile was removed...
Laundry room floor... YUCK!
Note the lovely green color just thru the guest BR doorway- we've since fixed that bug...
After-
  • stripping the floor
  • fixing the roof
  • priming and painting all the walls
  • installing FLOR tiles
  • getting furniture
