WE had a 7:20AM flight out of Malpensa, which is 1 hour away from Milan. When we did the math, including 2 train xfers, etc... we would have had to get up at 2AM. Instead, we found a Best Western in Gallarate. HERE's my honey on the train to Gallarate. |

Our Best Western had a 5AM shuttle that took 5 min to the airport. We still had to get up at 4, but it all worked out. |
