Rosemary Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 split chicken broilers (roasters)
1 tsp garlic salt rub
1/2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
4 cloves garlic, peeled
4 - 1/2" slices of white onion

DIRECTIONS
1. grind garlic salt, seasoned salt, rosemary and pepper in a coffee grinder
2. rinse chicken and pat dry
3. Place chickens on flat roasting pan, putting a piece of onion and 1 clove of garlic under each half
4. mist chickens with olive oil
5. rub season mix all over chicken
6. Bake at 350°F for at least an hour
7. when wings and legs break off easily, they're done.
