Terrific casserole dish that tastes great and is healthy to boot- loaded with good, nutritous green beans! Can be prepared several days ahead of time and nuked or warmed in the oven. SERVES 5 INGREDIENTS 3 tbs butter 3 tbs flour 1.5 large dollops sour cream 1.5" of brick grated cheddar dash of salt and pepper 3 cans of green beans french fried onion rings |

DIRECTIONS 1. in a non-stick pan, melt butter. 2. when butter is melted, stir in flour 3. add sour cream and warm until smooth and thick 4. stir in salt and pepper. 5. in a large casserole, mix green beans, grated cheddar and sour cream mix 6. bake at 350 for 30minutes 7. top w/onions and bake another 5 minutes |
