Meat Loaf Recipe

meatloaf! SERVES

INGREDIENTS
3/4 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
1 squirt mustard
1 squirt ketchup

DIRECTIONS
1. mix all ingredients except beef and pork
2. mix in beef and pork
3. form into loaf pan
4. top w/ketchup
5. bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until juice runs clear
