First things first- since half the garage wall is poured concrete, we needed a big hole in the ground. We hired Environmental Landscaping of Ashland. Sean and Mark showed up on 8-nov-02 with 2 beefy Bobcats and attacked the project. |

They estimated this one was 12-15 tons and they couldn't get it out of the hole... so they dug a pit on the right hand side where Sean is standing and just pushed it in there far enough so it was out of our way..! |

That was the largest one they
found (but there were lots more..!) When we started, they were
hoping to be done by noontime... ;-) (ed- are we sure these guys aren't software engineers?) When we got done at 7PM that night, here's what we wound up with- a relatively large hole in the ground... |
