After looking for months, this shack came on the market in the fall 2011.
It had been unoccupied for 7 years and needed...everything, like-

  • a water heater
  • a heater
  • a roof
  • new gas piping
  • new hot/cold water supply
  • a kitchen
  • flooring
  • failed retaining wall
  • failed main support beam- front right corner had dropped 3"...

    • ...so it was perfect for me.

    I closed on 22-dec-11 @ 11am... and had guys on the roof by 11:05!
