The view up the driveway... a bit overgrown and driveway breaking up badly...
The far (east) end of the house.  the door goes into the garage; the slider to the right is the Master bedroom; the window above will be the office (formerly the dining room); and the deck above goes into the family room.

Note that all decks were removed from the house before i got it- there was a deck off the Master Bedroom...

...and a deck off the kitchen- only remnant was the star stringer attached to the house!

This is the view of the back of the house- what a mess!

The first time i saw it, the garage was full of crap!

By the time i bought it, the investor had removed most of this stuff...

good news is- its a 3 car garage.

This looks serious... someone had removed the heater from the house, so all i had left was some galvy piping...
First view of Taylor's room- note that all the carpets in the house had been removed before i bought it.

Also not sure what's up with the altar on the right... but it had been removed :-)

The slider in the master bedroom.  There used to be a deck here, but it's long gone.

In order to show the house to people and not have folks fall out of the slider, they boarded up the sliders.

The master shower (tiny) and his slider... (not sure who architected this...)

The lower bath.  This will become the girls' bathroom; all we're keeping is the tub!
We have a laundry room.  It had 3-8 way sprinkler controllers in it...

(we ripped this room to the studs and rebuilt everything!)

The family room and wet bar (help... i'm stuck in the 60's...!)

(the wet bar disappeared, all the facing stone was jackhammers off the fireplace, and the fireplace refinished...)

another view of the family room.

(the stairs to the right were removed and the far wall on the right pushed out 8')

Not sure what they used this room for- it's going to become our dining room.

(the front slider's been replaced with windows, and the outdoor deck will be deleted.)

the original kitchen; ceramic tile, dropped ceiling, boared up slider... lovely.

(this room was ripped to the studs, the back wall rebuilt with new windows and door, etc...)

upstairs bath with lots of grab-bars.

(this room's been ripped to the studs)

The former dining room.

(its been reborn as the office and it's done!)
