MJ's new ride!
This summer, MJ got tired of driving an automatic and wanted something more fun.
We also agreed that CA is the "right" place to own a convertible, so why not look at them?
After researching Audis and BMWs, we started looking for SAABs and found this (on Ebay) in North Carolina.
It's a 2006 Saab 9-3T convertible, in great condition and with only 20K miles on it...
So we bought it..!
Now MJ has a permanent smile on her face whenever she gets out of her car!

2006 Accord [10/15/2006]
MJ is now driving a 2006 Honda Accord.
The 900 Turbo blew a head gasket and became pretty undriveable.
MJ did some research and settled on the V6 version of the Accord.
Latest reports indicated it's pretty peppy!

GEORGE chauffers everyone around in the 2001 Honda Odyssey (aka, the "mom wagon").

1992 saab turbo In june '99, we found this car out in Stockton and it was in showroom condition! This puppy had 87K miles on it and was owned by a car fanatic who did everything to baby this car... it's perfect.
Only modifications required were a new keyless alarm system and a new APC box (basically, a new chip to give it more boost- like 20hp!)
We both took turns driving the 1992 900 Turbo.
When MJ went back to work @ ebay, she started commuting in it.
Then it blew a head gasket and it wasn't worth fixing...
...so George put it on saabnet.com and on 25-may-07, we sold it off to a guy in Boise, Idaho.
may it ride again!

Here is MJ's '97 900SE (with the '87 Mazda in the backgroud).  MJ drove this car until 2001 when it was replaced with a Honda Odessey after the birth of the twins.  In this picture we were dragging home a new matress and box spring... no job is too difficult for a Saab..!)

new chariot!

the truck THEN there's always... the truck
George bought this new in 1985 and has certainly gotten his money's worth out of it!  When we moved from CA to MASS George donated it.  But he still misses the car today, especially when we need to haul construction materials!
The truck went everywhere! Here it is on the Thunderhill track in Willows, California... on the track
...or just being a workhorse, hauling a stone wall...
another one for the record books- the truck does scaffolding!  This was one of it's last adventures with George :(  Last we heard it was on the auction block in Bakersfield, CA - Long live the TRUCK!
