Sinks get seamed to the underside of the sheet; then we flip it over, drill a pilot hole and push in a guided router bit to cut the sink out. Then we put on the magic corian sink angle bit and it cuts a perfect edge for us! |
| Corner sheet ready for quarter round cove. We start by gluing a 1" x .5" block on the back edge of the sheet. |  |

Then we set up the sheet so there's enough clearance to use the router on it. |
